Vaccinations

All eligible staff and students aged 12 and over are encouraged to take up the offer of the vaccine, including boosters. Vaccines are our best defence against COVID-19. They help protect young people and adults, and benefit those around them. Vaccination makes people less likely to catch the virus and less likely to pass it on.

We are hopeful that the NHS will be able to visit again during the Spring/2 Term to provide further vaccinations for 1st or 2nd doses to students aged 12 - 15 and 1st, 2nd or booster doses to those aged 16 or above. If you haven't already, please do complete a consent form (below) and return it to school office so that we can schedule your child in as soon as they become eligible.

Consent forms must be completed even if you have previously provided consent for the first dose due to a change in the NHS processes surrounding this.

You can also:

Book an appointment through the existing online booking system

or

Find your nearest walk-in vaccination centre and turn up to receive a vaccination

Please read the NHS guidance on both of these pages to ensure that your child is eligible to receive a vaccination should you, or they wish to do so.
