Our Values and Ethos

Our ethos here at Elthorne Park High School is 'Achieving Excellence in a Learning Community'. We aim for all students to achieve academic excellence. We succeed in this by placing equal emphasis on developing students’ character, potential and working together in partnership to achieve success.

We pride ourselves on being an outward facing school actively promoting shared values of tolerance and respect. We look to retain a wide range of experiences and opportunities to learn for our students through delivering a broad and balanced curriculum. We also provide an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all and look to develop students as confident, caring and skilled world citizens. We recognise that the world and society are ever-changing and aim to foster the skills and attributes that give our students the best possible opportunities in life.
