Elthorne Summer Festival a Roaring Success, Raising £4,500 for the School Community

The Elthorne Summer Festival brought sunshine, smiles, and a fantastic sense of community spirit to the school grounds this year, with a record-breaking turnout and an impressive £4,500 raised in support of school initiatives.

The festival featured an exciting mix of entertainment and activities for all ages. One of the standout moments was the performance by the beloved Elthorne staff band, whose lively set had the crowd dancing and singing along. Students also took to the stage, showcasing their talents through a variety of musical performances that wowed family and friends.

The atmosphere was buzzing with fun-filled attractions, including a popular tombola stall, a tempting crêpe stand, and an eco refill station promoting sustainability and environmentally friendly habits. Younger festivalgoers (and a fair few adults!) enjoyed a sweet treat or two from the ever-popular ice cream vendor.

From the music to the dancing, and all the laughter in between, the Elthorne Summer Festival was a celebration of community, creativity, and collaboration. A huge thank you goes out to all the volunteers, staff, students, and families who made the day so memorable—and successful. Here's to an even bigger event next year!
