Pete Bardsley - Year Leader	I grew up in Preston and studied Sports Science at university. Prior to deciding to become a PE teacher I wanted to be a footballer but alas it wasn’t to be. I live locally and I absolutely love working at Elthorne Park High School and am really proud of the part it plays in the local community.
Karen Andrews - Pastoral Support Worker	I grew up in Hanwell and attended Brentside High School. I worked in banking for 20 years before coming to work in schools. I went into Northolt High School for my son’s annual review and came out with a new job/career! I absolutely love working with young people and I’ve never looked back! I like to cook, eat out and spend time going out with my family, grandchildren and friends.
