- Ealing Foodbank Trussel Trust Vouchers - Elthorne Park High School is able to issue foodbank vouchers to families in need. Please contact Katy Reeves for more information.
- Hobbayne Trust Uniform Support - With support from the Hobbayne Charity we are able to offer support to struggling families to purchase uniform. If you need any information please contact your child’s year leader.
- Second Hand Uniform Shop - Each half term and at large events the school holds a second hand uniform shop. Information of dates and times will be sent out via the newsletter. If you have old uniform that you would like to donate please send it in the school reception.
- Wider Opportunities Support - If you are entitled to pupil premium, each trip/event is subsidised at Elthorne Park High School. Please contact our wider opportunies team via email for more information
- City Harvest - Every Friday City Harvest distributes fresh food to school. If you are need of a food parcel please email Ms Gautam. This will be managed confidentially.

Holiday Activities and Food HAF
Holiday provision, funded by the Department for Education (DfE) including healthy food and enriching activities. For children and young people in school years reception to year 11 who are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals. The HAF Programme runs during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays.

Ealing Advice Service
Ealing Advice Service provide access to high-quality advice. The service brings together key advice agencies in Ealing to help. This means that they can provide help from basic information, to advice, to full legal representation from a specialist solicitor or caseworker. There is lots of information on the website or families can call for more detailed advice. They also offer themed drop in sessions.

Cold weather payments - if you receive eligible benefits and the average temperature is recorded as, or forecast to be, zero degrees Celsius or below over seven consecutive days, you could get a cold weather payment.
Warm and welcome spaces - find a local space close to your home.
EASE and Copley Close Children’s Centre
Information & Support Sessions - The service can help with:
• Knowing what benefits/help you are entitled to
• Issuing Foodbank vouchers
• Help with benefit forms
• Supporting arranging payment plans for debts
• Signposting and Referrals to key services
• Support with filling forms and letter writing

Parent Drop Ins at Circle
The Outreach service at Circle Café has a new name - Community Minds has a Parental Engagement Practitioner and two community workers supporting young people with mental health challenges and their parents in the community. This month they are holding their first Parent Drop-In – Back to School Drop-In at The Circle will be a welcoming space for parents, carers, and children to connect and get support as the new school year begins.
What’s on offer:
• Wellbeing support for parents and children
• Children engaged with professionals in our sensory room and play activities
• Tea, coffee & light refreshments
• Guidance and signposting to other services
This drop-in is open to all families – no booking needed.
