Sport at EPHS

We have a strong tradition of sporting success at Elthorne Park High School, with several current students representing England at different sports and playing academy football with clubs in the top 2 tiers of the men’s and women’s game.

Our sporting offer has supported many young people to compete at the highest level in their chosen sport while being firmly rooted in an ethos of ‘sport for all’ where boys’ and girls’ sport are valued equally.

Unnamed

In recent years we Unnamedhave greatly expanded our extra-curricular sports offer and have complemented sessions led by our own staff with football coaching provided by coaches from Brentford Football Club.

Our partnership with Brentford FC has developed significantly and we make regular use of their facilities, coaches and mentors.

We have re-designed our sixth form BTEC Sport Level 3 programme so that students can attend Brentford Football Development training sessions around their studies at EPHS.

At EPHS boys and girls have the opportunity to play competitive fixtures against other schools in a range of sports and our teams have enjoyed considerable success from Year 7 through to Year 13.  Parents and carers can read about our students’ sporting achievements every Friday in our weekly newsletter.
