Post-18 Pathways and Support

Navigating decisions about higher education and apprenticeships can feel both exciting and challenging.

Careers

At our school, we ensure you're fully supported through this journey by our knowledgeable Post-18 Pathways team. They provide comprehensive guidance through every step of the UCAS process, helping you make informed choices that align with your aspirations.  With years of experience, we have a proven track record of enabling students to secure places at the very best universities and on the most appropriate courses for their ambitions.

For those aiming for highly competitive courses such as medicine, dentistry, and veterinary science, or a place at Oxford or Cambridge, our Early Entrant Programme offers tailored support. This provision helps students refine their UCAS application and prepare for aptitude tests and interviews, giving them the best possible chance of success.

Our Post-18 pathways provision includes dedicated staff who support students applying for competitive apprenticeships and employment opportunities, offering interview preparation and one-to-one coaching for presentations and assessment centres.

We work closely with Connexions, a specialist Ealing-based service focused on local Labour Market Information and Post-18 progression. As part of this partnership, we’re pleased to welcome Mr Bishop into the Sixth Form twice a week, where he provides one-to-one Personal Guidance sessions and impartial careers advice, helping students make informed decisions about their futures.

Alongside one-to-one support, we offer a range of workshops, drop-in sessions, and employability events. These are designed to build confidence, develop essential workplace skills, and raise aspirations.  Through our programme of events we have developed excellent partnerships with local employers and institutions providing students with multiple opportunities to interact with industry specialists and establish meaningful contacts for the future.
