How to Apply

You are an external applicant if you currently attend a different school than EPHS. You or your parents will need to create a profile on our admissions system in order to make your application. You will need your personal information, your latest predicted grades and details of someone in your current school (usually your Year Leader) who can act as your reference. Your application is not complete until your referee has completed your reference.

The application deadline for external applicants for entry in September 2026 is Friday 5^th December 2025 

You are an internal applicant if you are currently in Year 11 at Elthorne Park High School. The admissions platform will open for you on Monday 15^th December 2025  once you have completed your PPEs and had Parents Evening. We will pre-populate most of the information you need from our management system for you on the platform. Use the link in the email you will receive or on the student intranet to access the admissions portal. All our students are given individual information, advice and guidance meetings to support them in making appropriate course choices in line with their future aspirations. These will take place in late January and early February in advance of the deadline for internal applications.

The deadline for internal applicants for entry in September 2026 is Friday 13^th February 2025

Late applications are only for external applicants after the deadline above has passed and can be completed at any time until the end of August 2025. The process for late applications is the same as for on-time applications and the forms are also the same. Firm offers from late applications will be made after all firm on-time offers are made in August.
