Summer Reading Work

Welcome to the Summer Reading Project!

We are proud to be a Reading School at EPHS and believe that reading is as important at secondary school as it is at primary school. During the summer holidays, it’s really important to keep reading so you’re ready to kick off Year 7 with a flying start!

We have created the Summer Reading Project to help you choose a book to read over the summer and then complete one of the six tasks. You can use the templates or create your own. You can complete it by yourself, with a friend or family member. Read the document below for more information. We look forward to hearing which book you chose and we hope you enjoy reading it.
